WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST PRIORITY IN THE BUSINESS?
Making sure that every individual comes to work to get the best out of themselves and their peers, meaning that they can deliver our customers an exceptional experience and one which makes them come back to us and also giving our employees job satisfaction and reward. Finally, and most importantly its making sure that every person in our organization and at our customers’ sites go home in better condition than when they came to work!
WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY DO EVERY DAY?
My day is about ensuring that we have a strong sustainable business, planning, looking at ways of improving what we currently do, addressing any concerns that may come up and making sure that we have cohesive, passionate and enthusiastic teams striving to be the best they can be and that they are both physically and mentally well.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT WORKING HERE?
I work with some amazing people and deal with some amazing customers – getting up each day you have a different opportunity to work on and it is very exciting to see what can be done to make myself and our business better – seeing people succeeding makes it all worthwhile.
WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN OUTSIDE OF IMPACT STEEL?
I enjoy spending time with my wife and three daughters, going to watch my Saints play and spending time at Ocean Grove on the Bellarine Peninsula.
